Super hot insurance fraud investigator Angie Green goes undercover to investigate allegations of bizarre sexual practices at the Cracker Clinic, a facility that specializes in low cost physical therapy for female accident victims. Posing as a patient suffering from a neck injury, poor Angie finds herself on the wrong end of some sadistic medical atrocities perpetrated by a smiling female therapist with a taste for female flesh bound, gagged and suffering. Pretty Angie is stripped, and then bound spread-eagle on an exam table where she endures a host of indignities including being zapped with a stun , a "massage" with a cat o' nine tails and a 2 quart enema, complete with butt plug.

She needs to get an exam to file for her workman's comp. What she gets instead is groped, bound, gagged and beaten by the fiendish Dr. Nuegent, the newest addition to the clinic's demented staff. While Jody is inside the clinic suffering countless indignities at the hands of Dr. Nuegent, which include a digital exam, forceps clamped on her large, tender nipples and several foreign objects shoved down her throat to check the "strength of her jaws", her beautiful sister Vanessa is waiting impatiently in the car for her. But what was taking so long?

More medical mayhem at the Cracker Rehabilitation Clinic, where beautiful accident victims are held captive and while their insurance companies are billed for their long term therapy. Perky redhead Bridgette is sent to the Cracker Clinic with a lower back injury. It isn't long before she finds herself being examined by the pervert-in-charge himself, Dr. Cracker. The good doctor manages to examine just about every part of hot little Bridgette except her back, unless of course you count probing her wet snatch and tight bunghole as part of her back. Not to worry, the Doctor prescribes the usual treatment, perversion at the hands of leering Nurse White, the clinic sadistic therapist.
